Condo Remodeling | Highland Beach, FL
New interior buildout and construction for beach front condominium unit on 11th floor and the adjacent unit flooring replacement. The building has two units per floor offering great views of the ocean and intercoastal.
The project consisted of construction of all new interior walls, flooring, electrical and mechanical systems and relocation of existing plumbing both in unit and unit below due to sanitary location revisions. Construction included all new finishes such as cabinetry, appliances, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures.
The construction utilized micro-thin recessed hi-hats that are concealed during drywall process leaving only the light source exposed of approximately 1/2″. These fixtures were used to reduce the depth of the soffits to maximize the panoramic view.
A full lighting control system was utilized for recessed lighting and shades controls.
Interior Doors are flush with wall frameless with integral concealed hinges with American Walnut and magnetic mortised stainless steel hardware.
