Construction of new elevated generator auxillary structure with second floor generator and covered patio below attached to existing residence.

Project consisted of the installation of 24 pin piles and the construction of new elevated generated structured that aligns ties into existing second floor balcony from the main house floor with covered patio below that ties into the existing home office hall.

Project constructed within very tight side yard space while maintaining fully operational residence. 

Two 1,000 gallon LP Gas tank buried underground required new below grade foundation to anchor tanks in case of flooding. Location during excavation revealed prior residence pool that was covered over and required addtional excavations and demo to install.
