Townhouse Remodeling | Hollywood Beach, FL

The Remodeling of a Residential Townhouse unit in a Condominium Building consisted of a new updated kitchen, living room with custom staircase.

The townhouse unit, located on the north side of the base of the condominium building occupies three floors and is accessed from both the interior of the main building on the 2nd floor from the lobby area and the exterior on the ground floor at street level.

The project consisted of the demolition of the existing townhouse build-out that was installed as part of the original condominium construction which included the kitchen and bathrooms, the remodeling of the existing walls and the construction of the new interiors. 

The owners, utilized the interior design services of their daughter, a local well-known artist to select the interior finishes and material selections.

The ground floor, with entry from the exterior street level, includes the guest bedroom and office spaces, and access to the upper floors is via a private elevator or stair. 

The second floor,  the main floor also known as the Piano Nobile, includes the great room with living and dining room in shared space, kitchen, and powder room.

The Third floor includes the owner’s bedroom suite with sitting area, his and her walk-in closets, laundry / utility room, and double separate bathrooms with a shared shower between the two.

This Townhouse Villa remodeling project is located in the Villas of Positano Hollywood Beach, Florida.

The Mediterranean styled Building was constructed in 2007 to the south of the Hollywood North Beach public park, the east termination of Sheridan Street.
