Construction of new 42,968 square foot Italian Mediterranean Estate on 5.4-acre Biscayne Bay Aquatic Preserve waterfront adjacent to Matheson Hammock Park. Designed by the acclaimed Miami Architects, Portuondo-Perotti Architects, Rafael Portuondo and Jose Luis Gonzalez-Perotti in collaboration with Designer Philip Chappelle, Interior Designer Ivette Arango of Ivette Arango Interiors and elegant landscaping formal and informal gardens created by Landscape Architect Robert Parsley of Geomantic Designs.

Gables Estates, a gated community located on the mainland edge of the Biscayne Bay Aquatic Preserve, in the City of Coral Gables, Florida was originally developed in the early 1960’s by industrialist Arthur Vining Davis. The community has 192 lots with deep water ocean access.

The property consists of 225,234 sf, approximately 5.4 acres located on point lot on key Biscayne with a southern view of Matheson Hammock Park, 27,700 sf under air and 15,268 sf non-a/c for a total of 42,968 sf of covered roof area.
