Project Details

The Modern update and exterior remodeling consist of new exterior stucco, removal of existing windows and doors, intermediate tie-beams, arched headers and walls to create new large single openings with full height sliding glass doors and windows.

Pool and Pool Deck

• New pool finish, waterline tile, and large format porcelain pool deck with faux grass lounging area and under-tile drainage.

Drive and Walkways

• New entry and access walk to pool deck and pickleball court, new single large pivot entry door, colored roof tile, new exterior lighting fixtures and soffit lighting. 

Building Structure

• Cutout intermediate beams at existing window and doors and removed rear wall for new door opening. New Larger impact resistant Exterior Windows and Doors at 10′-0″ tall. 
• Revised openings from arched headers to square including covered front entry.
• New exterior stucco finishes from textured to sand finish. 
• Changed color of existing roof tiles from red, orange, and brown blend to gray.
