The owners concern for the environment resulted in placing the home with the least impact to the existing highland pine trees. The primary residence and pool house reflect this attention to detail and conservation. The pool house and walk take advantage of the southwest corner of the property and engage into the tree canopy.  It encloses the pool area and screens the neighboring property to the south.
