Light Industrial Construction – the design and construction of businesses which involve the manufacturing of goods in which the typical projects include warehouses, manufacturing / distribution facilities, flex / tech building and industrial renovations. These types of projects are generally very specialized and unique to each client.

This project type is different then heavy industrial projects as heavy industrial are large facilities like power plants, nuclear plants, petrochemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper, mining, and cogeneration industries. Cianci Construction does not work the heavy industrial building area of construction.

Cianci Construction provides pre-construction, construction, construction management, project management and post construction maintenance and upgrades to the light industrial market client. As with all other project types, we like to start as early as possible in the design process, preferring to be involved prior to start of the construction documents due to the specialization and unique requirements required to detail and construct.
